Flu Shot Information

The Public Health Program at Eastern Health is offering the flu vaccine in school to students in Grades 4 to 12. Flu vaccine consent forms will be sent home with students on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 and are attached to this message. These forms must be completed in full, signed by a parent or legal guardian and returned to the school office as soon as possible if you wish to have the student receive a free flu vaccine at school. The absolute deadline for the return of the forms is Friday, November 6, 2020. Late forms will not be accepted as per Eastern Health’s directive. Additional information is available on the school website and Eastern Health’s Flu web page. Vaccinations will be administered at Holy Spirit November 25-27, 2020.
